Last week multiple reports pinned a black Nike Air Zoom Generation retro for an October release date. It’s a hopeful release, one that could indicate more of LeBron James’ first signature shoes to come after October and before the close of 2017. But today news swings the opposite direction, indicating that a pair will release later this month.
At least one new report places LeBron’s true “First Game” shoe – the pair he wore on the road in his first ever professional game against the Sacramento Kings on October 29, 2003 – on the release calendar this month for August 26. The shoe is reported to retail for $175.
