Nike Air Flight Lite High “Citron”
 Another sneaker that Scottie Pippen wore in his career returning this fall is the Nike Air Flight Lite. Pippen wore the low tops en route to his first NBA Championship, but the high tops were best remembered for their bright colors including this one that was an original release in 1991.
A predominately white leather upper with accents of black and “citron” plus a clear sole - can’t go wrong. Look for these in October for $110 at Nike Urban doors. Pics from Sneaker Freaker. |

Wow…back in ‘91 I LOVED these but they only came in Men’s sizes and I wore like a sz. 5 in kids so I was S.O.O.L…
Fast fwd. to ‘08 and i’m in a solid Men’s 7 so i will finally be able to own/rock a pair

I am a total sucker for high tops as well. Lately I have had to rely on vintage shopping or Adidas Metro Attitudes for my fix, but I am happy to see more options.
Now if only they can get those Command Forces to come back….

Brilliant. I’ve been waiting for Nike to re-release high tops from these years for ages, and to see them retroed in such great shape is visually arousing…!

and to think, i was beginnin to think i was the only one that is a sucker for true high tops. i LOVE that fat tongue, the high cut, and the colorways. i have gotten to the point where all i wear is true high cuts, so these are a MUST HAVE.
Nike, if you are reading this, WE NEED MORE 90s HIGH TOPS. command force, air force five, etc.
