Nice Kicks Staff Picks Week 3
Nike Air Blue Chip Kevin Durant PE - Peter Sim
Other than the Hyperdunks and McFlys, there hasn’t been a Nike Basketball release that really caught my eye until I saw Kevin Durant’s Nike Air Blue Chip PEs. I can’t really say much about the performance quality of the shoe, but the Oklahoma City colorway on the white upper is, as we say down in Texas, “draped up and dripped out” - the orange that wraps around the toe along with the carolina blue both make the shoe pop and shine under the arena lights. Add other clean details like the “35″ embroidery on the inner ankle, textured leather on the Swoosh, and orange/blue piping on the back and you got a well-executed shoe. Also, I know its old news, but props to Nike for hooking Durant up with the clean logo treatment. We’ll have to see what the away colorway will look like, but I assume that it will probably look equally as bonkers.

these are definitely the best lebrons yet. his line has been a real disappointment. great for hooping but they don’t really translate well into casual use, but these i could see wearing to the club or mall without looking like i carry a basketball with me at all times.

The dunks would have been my pick too, the clear sole and the headphone print did it for me! I like the yeezy’s are the ish too tho…”swagger school”? Lmao. Of coarse the flights are good also, I don’t really like the labrons or the kevin durant janks tho.
