New Balance 576 20th Anniversary Edition

Reissues haven’t been the bread and butter for just Nike and Jordan Brand. Many sneaker companies have derived much success amongst the sneakerhead market with re-releases of classic silhouettes.

New Balance has received continued success from the 576 and next year, the New Balance 576 hits a milestone birthday. Celebrating its 20th birthday in 2008, the New Balance 576 has been around for longer than many of the people who lace wear the model. Next year will play host to many special edition 576’s, but one that has caught our attention are the “vintage” 576 made to look like it came off of the assembly line in 1988.

The special edition 576’s were produced in the UK keeping the standards ever high. Original color treatments are in order with the standard issue grey/white and navy/white combo’s. Pics thanks to Crooked Tongues via Sneakers.fr.
