New Balance 574 “Ave NJ”

Designed by Her Majesty Secret Studio’s Sean D’Anconia, the New Balance 574 “AVE NJ” pays homage to 70’s Grindhouse Cinema through a hard-hitting collage of the era’s slickest iconography.

From the streets of Harlem to the skyscrapers of Hong Kong, D’Anconia’s fusion of 70’s funk, yakuza and kung-fu imagery brings his unique pop-fusion universe to life in this limited-edition New Balance Creation.

These are available at select New Balance retailers now for $100. Truly a different sneaker from the norm, but definitely alot of detail went into these shoes.

  1. These are some of the ugliest NB’s. TOO MUCH. NB works best when it’s just colors and materials.

  2. I like these NB, how can I get a pair?

  3. I got a pair of these (I couldn’t stop myself) and they are truly friggin badass. And the guy’s afro is velvety, which provides hours of entertainment all on its own… The only word to describe them would be “ridiculawesome.”
