As the WNBA kicked off last week, stars from all over the league have brought the heat from their sneaker collections. As the 22nd season is underway, the Minnesota Lynx are not only bringing their A-game to defend their title but they’re bringing shoe game to the hardwood.
Sylvia Fowles, Minnesota Lynx center and reigning WNBA MVP, debuted a Lynx-themed Nike LeBron 15 PE for their home opener/finals rematch against the Los Angeles Sparks on Sunday, May 20th.
Fowles racked up 12 boards and 15 points on 6-10 shooting but the Sparks came out on top as Chelsea Gray dropped the winning bucket in the last seconds. Fowles recently dropped 23 points, snatched 20 boards, and 5 steals against the Dallas Wings as well, the first to ever go 20+ points and 20+ boards in the history of the WNBA.
