Through a traditional press blitz by calling upon all forms of worldwide media to Beaverton to unveil the Nike Hyperdunk along with a viral video of Kobe jumping over a car, the Nike Hyperdunk has grabbed as much attention as any unreleased sneaker possibly could. The shoe is to be the new standard for basketball performance with improved and innovated design that gives the shoe never before seen strength in the lightest weight Nike basketball shoe ever produced. Kobe has been wearing the Nike Hyperdunk in the Playoffs and will be in the 2008 Beijing Games, but he will not be the only Nike athlete wearing the shoe. The star of the 2004 Olympics Men’s Basketball competition, defending NBA Champ, and NBA’s 6th Man Award winner, Manu Ginobili will be wearing the Hyperdunk in the Olympics. The shoe is made in his native Argentina’s colors and feature the Argentinean flag on the back of the sneaker and also have his jersey number near the toe. This sample pair has leaked to eBay but something that should be noted is that the shoe does have a sample tag showing the sizes available from 6-18. This appears to be a sales sample rather than a “look see” PE sample which means it looks like this make up will be available to the public. Info thanks to Sneaker News. |

Wow…what a difference the colorway can make …the black pair was dope but this light blue makes the shoe look like a ’so-so’ pair of huaraches…I’d definately ball in them but this pair just doesn’t look as exciting…

There are a few nonappreciative assed mofo’s on here.
If you can’t appreciate the colorway (Argentina related) for what it’s for, then you obviously have no reasons on this board or any other sneaker site.
NOW, with that said, this colorway is crazy! I also love how they incorporated the Argentinian flag on the heels.

the nike hyperdunk is the best basketball shoe since the hurache 2k4. this colorway aint as hot as u would think given the colorway but its a dope shoe. i cant w8 2 c how they feel on the hardwood.
