Although the Boston Celtics could certainly use the aid of their star point guard Kyrie Irving to close out the Philadelphia 76ers in the Eastern Conference Semifinals, they’re doing pretty well without him thus far. His importance, though, can’t be understated. Irving is still critical to the team’s success whether on the floor or not. During his off-court moments, Irving has been entrenched in both his upcoming Uncle Drew film and his fourth signature Nike shoe.
He recently unveiled a special edition “Wheaties” package in which his Nike Kyrie 4 was enclosed. The box features both Irving and his Uncle Drew character on opposite sides with a pair of Red/White-Blue Kyrie 4s. It’s reported only 100 pairs were produced.
