Air Jordan Spizike Black/Cactus-VioletJordan Brand has been keeping the Spiz’ike exclusive to Europe lately. This is the first time in quite a while that there has been regional allocation of Jordans with different models reach one continent and not the rest. This color of the Spizikes, Black/Cactus-Violet, is said to be yet another Euro exclusive. This leaves you with a few options - cop early from Marquee Sole or buy from resellers later for almost the same price.

The shoes are a bit of a “unique” color choice. If released Stateside would you buy?

  7. Jordan is screwing the USA, I mean how are you going to release 3 hot colorways that would sell easy to Europe only…I mean the Cool Grey’s would have been an INSTANT cop and the black and gold’s as well as these could have been added to the cop list…SMH @ JB, they never fail to disappoint.

  8. i might be interested in these if they were released here in the us but since they are not then i guess i can save some dough. it is a bit disheartening that jb is not releasing spizikes here, i always did like them. but maybe there is more of a market in europe for these? i dont know, seems weird though.

  13. also the thing about the spizikes is the tongue has the annoying tendency to flop forward, really sloppy construction if you ask me, what if you wanna wear these with jeans and tuck the cuff of your pants behind the tongue to show off the sneaker?

  14. Hell yeah I would rock these. They remind me of the aqua 8’s (colorway). Just a tad brighter as U can all C. But not worth paying that “Overseas Exclusive” price tag tho…. Jordan Brand is playing a game on “US”….and he’s winning!!

  15. I’d definately cop these since i’m obsessive about anything with a “cactus” or lime green colorway…

    HOWEVER, Asia/Europe-only releases are now on my ish list along with House of Hoops “exclusive” releases! As someone who likes the Spiz’ikes alot this pisses me off …re-sale prices are ridiculous 9/10 X.

    Being an American company why does it seem like Nike/JB is starting to scorn the US market when it comes to some of the most recent heat???

  47. FYI - There never was an “elephant print” on the Spiz’ike! It’s always been words in the form of the ele-print style.

    Goes to show how much that person knows about the shoe, itself.

  60. first of all, i love spizikes, they are some of the most comfortable kicks in my closet. i got two pairs of the fire reds and i REALLY want the greys, almost copped those, but $400 (including euro shipping) is just too much. eff you jordan brand. they are losing so much money not releasing these in the states. losers. re-sellers ftw, smh.

    Spiz’ikes are sub-par in my opinion. Okay colourways, garbage design (come on, they basically just threw extra parts together to make it). I wouldn’t rock these for a long time before I get sick of them, and I don’t see what’s so fresh about them. Pretty whack purple, okay green but it wouldn’t go with anything I would rock (BLUE ALL DAY BABY ;) .
