Typically, the “What the” theme is customary for Nike Basketball signature silhouettes. It’s, in fact, almost a right of passage – a celebratory release that chronicles a year in colorways all rolled in one. Is the Nike Kyrie 1 worthy of such renderings in its inaugural run?
Well, our hope is that it is. A sample pair revealed today has all the makings of what the Nike “What the” Kyrie 1 could look like, without actual confirmation of the shoe’s true origins. Yet, we see traces of past Kyrie 1 drops that lead us to believe we are seeing, at least to a certain extent, the makings of the “What the” Kyrie 1.
