No offense to sneaker makers, but why even bother making a custom Air1 if the paint is chipped and the shoes are the old version of the Air1’s. XD - not liking

Gourmet kicks has to be one of the best AF1 designers of all time. I’ve never personally purchased a pair, but you can tell by the level of detail on each shoe that he is a true artist. I’m sure this will be a success.

It’s obvious that takes alot of talent but, I dont really like that much on my shoe. I can deal with pictures when their confined to one panel or something, and if its all over, I just want it lasered, no color.
Basicall what Im saying is they are not somethign I would wear personally, but I got alot of appreciation for the talent behind these and respect for chef.

Yo I’m with my man Marty, if the soles weren’t white I’D DO WHAT I GOTTA DO TO COP MAYBE FIVE OF THE FIRST NINE!!! Not taking anything away from each artists, they are works of art, but they are just customized old 1’s. Yeah they may be cool to display on a shelf or a case, but I prefer rock mine with a swagger that only a A-TOWN pimp can.

What in the HELL are you, DANKONE and AirFusionGuy talking about?
These customs are done on brand new sneakers, not “used” ones. [wtf?] And when it comes to big names custom artists/companies, they don’t use “old” or “used” kicks either.
You’re thinking about “small time” customizing, when a person does them out of fun/hobby or in your case, to make a new sneaker out of old ones.
Not the case here.
