First Look: Nike Air Force 25 Low

| This has been a big year for Nike celebrating the 25th Anniversary of the Air Force Ones. Unlike most brands, Nike didn’t just throw a party and release a few special edition sneakers, they recreated the classic sneaker and updated it to the standards of 2007.
The Nike Air Force 1 was the first basketball shoe to have full length Air cushioning. In addition to the cushioning, the shoes also had a heavy duty outsole and strong upper made for serious use. Nike updated the shoes with an Air Max heel, Zoom Air forefoot, and also added a sole with unbelievable grip. Sneakerheads have had somewhat of a love/hate relationship with the Air Force 25 so far. The first AF25’s were only released as a mid-top which is not a popular silhouette amongst sneakerheads. The low top versions are set to release just in time for summer and have already received much more love than the mids. More colors are on the way including some that will go great with your favorite NBA teams gear. Pics thanks again to docious from NikeTalk. |
