Nike Dunk High Black/Royal Blue
These Nike Dunk High Black/Royal Blue colorway will be hitting retailers next month.
These upcoming dunks are reminiscent of the Jordan Pack/Cookie Monster Dunk Lows that dropped back in 2005, which were inspired by the Air Jordan 1. These Dunk Highs vary slightly from those dunks though, the sole and toebox remain black on these kicks. An interesting detail that might go unnoticed at first look, is the stitching, Nike opted for royal blue stitching on the toe area of this release to match the laces and accent color on the ankle of this Dunk. Only thing I would change, would be to throw some white laces in these, and you’d be good to go. Take a closer look at these November releases after the jump thanks to KicksonFire. |

Nike Dunk High Destroyer (3 Colorways)
|
At the beginning of 2008, many people labeled these 365 days as the ‘Year of the Dunk’. The Nike Dunk High Destroyer Pack is another electrifying release following this year’s theme. Releasing in three different colorways, the Nike Dunk Destroyer possesses a 100% patent leather upper. It also features a gradient color scheme beginning at the toe box in white and ending with its dominant color towards the ankle area. A basketball character (looks something like Little Nicky) is visible on the tongue as well. The retail price on the Nike Sportswear Dunk High Destroyers will be $125; however, they are available now at Atmos. In addition to this release, there will be a matching jacket and crew-neck t-shirt priced at $125 and $70 respectively. |
Nike Dunk Low CL ‘Tundra Pack’
|
Nike has released a pair of Nike Dunk Lows called the Nike Dunk Low CL ‘Tundra Pack’. We have spotted this pack at Proper. Both sneakers feature a combination of suede and leather on the upper and are inspired by the particular geographical region. The Arctic Tundra-inspired sneaker boasts a white/grey colorway, while the Alpine Tundra-inspired shoe features a brown/green color scheme. Nonetheless, these colorways are perfect for the Fall/Winter seasons. |
Nike SB Dunk High “Quagmire”
You can’t help but think “Giggidy Giggidy” looking at this possible 2009 release from Nike Skateboarding. The Nike SB Dunk High “Quagmire” is rumored to be inspired from the sex-crazed bachelor Glenn Quagmire, from the cartoon series Family Guy.
The “Quagmire” Dunks feature the same colors as the character’s clothing, even down to the star pattern on the uppers, which is the same pattern on Quagmire’s shirt. With the popularity of the cartoon, it would be an awesome partnership for both Nike SB and Family Guy. We can only wait and see if the rest of the characters get their own Dunk. I can only imagine the potential craziness. What character would have the best colorway? Take a closer look after the jump via NikeSB.org. |
Nike Air Force 1 x Supreme Dunk SB Low
We just recently showed you the Dunkle/AF1 Hybrid. Now thanks to SneakerNews, we have a look at the Nike Air Force 1 Supreme Dunk SB Low.
DJ Clark Kent was fitted up with these rare, possibly one-of-a-kind kicks last night at the Nike Sportswear shop on Mercer St. They take on the uppers of the now classic Supreme Dunk Low and add it to an Air Force 1 sole. The result, well leaves most of us with are jaws still dropped and drooling. No word on production numbers, but these are definitely nothing short of exclusive, maybe even exclusive to DJ Clark Kent’s closet. The more important question than if these are going to come out (we know Clark likes his 1 of 1’s), is what other madness is lying around in this man’s closet?! More shots after the jump. |
