Nike Sportswear Air Force 1 Studio ID
 NikeSportswear.com officially launched on 08.08.08 has quickly added new features and products for purchase online. Today there is a bit of a hints that the Nike Sportswear official site will bring one of the most coveted items of all - Studio iD Nike Air Force 1.
The options for the Air Force Ones include premium leather or metallic woven textile upper, metallic leather in gold, silver and bronze, laser-etch metallic hang tag in silver or gold, customizable side-wall stitching, custom debray (lace tag) and custom lace tips. Lastly, one can customize their kicks with a choice of digital printed sport graphics including images from soccer, basketball, 100-meter dash, and track and field. ?uest Love Air Force Ones (again)
 The ?uest Love Air Force 1 was the first of the 1World Air Force Ones to be widely available at multiple locations. First released at Alife in NYC and UBIQ, people lined up for days to get a piece of something special, but for those who spent all the time waiting in line only to resell, the joke has really been on them. Immediately after the release, ?uest Love Air Force Ones were receiving very high prices, but as more and more stores received deliveries, the price began to fall. Call it poetic justice or just irony. All in all, I suppose the moral of the story is wait in line for a shoe that you truly want, not just to try to make a buck or two.
This weekend the ?uest Love Air Force 1 will be making an encore appearance at multiple locations across the country including Proper in Long Beach, CA and Politics Lafayette, LA just to name a few. |
NY Team inspired Air Force Ones
 DJ Clark Kent gave us a heads up about some upcoming Nike Air Force 1 x New Era fitteds making their way to the Nike Sportswear Flagship for the grand opening but also made a quick reference to some matching Air Force Ones.
That got us thinking about three Air Force Ones that leaked several months ago with no info attached to them. The three pairs were Supreme AF1’s with a Max Air heel and included inspired “Knicks” colored canvas Air Force 1, “Yankees” colored suede Air Force 1, and a “Jets” colored leather Air Force 1 (not pictured). It should also be noted that of all the teams from New York, only those three had matching fitteds in the AF1 x 5950 lineup. Since the mid 90’s Nike has had some special edition “NYC” Air Force Ones prior, but usually this called for nothing more than an embroidered logo on a shoe that had little connection, color-wise, to the City. This could just be all one gigantic coincidence, but seriously, if Nike put out ALL the info we want to know would sneakers be this fun? I think not… |
Nike Air Force 1 x New Era Fitteds
Nike Sportswear is opening their flagship store in only a matter of weeks in NYC. Something special for the release will be a first ever collab with New Era on a series of AF-1 fitteds. Nike has thrown their hat into the fitted game before, but we all know that there is a difference between a fitted hat and a New Era 5950.
DJ Clark Kent, who himself can be spotted any given day in Air Force Ones and a matching fitted, gives us a preview of the series of Nike “AF-1″ New Eras we can see at the shops grand opening on August 22nd. Video put together by Strictly Fitteds.

DJ Clark Kent’s Olympic Air Force Ones
 Clark is back at it again. Not even a month ago the public received the short lived opportunity to grab the 112 Pack assembled, but unfortunately, this pair of Air Force Ones will be only on the feet of Clark himself.
DJ Clark Kent has titled these the “Beijing 2008 And The Winner Is…” Air Force Ones that make use of the metallic trilogy awarded on the medal stand. While we hope to see only Gold Medals hang from the necks of our home team, we’ll settle for a few Silvers and Bronzes in the events where we have more than one contestant. Are these Air Force Ones hinting a medals sweep for the 200m and 400m like in Athens? Let’s hope so! UPDATE: Day 1 of the Olympics, and Team USA sweeps the medals stand in fencing. Nice work Clark. |

Nike Air Max 97 Air Force 1

Quite a while ago we first got a sneak peek at an Air Max inspired series of Air Force Ones and though all have made their way out, the AM 97’s were not included in the party that happened a couple months ago. Initially, the Air Max 97 Air Force 1 was going to be a special edition quickstrike that featured a first ever, full length Max Air sole. Unfortunately, according to an undisclosed source, the factory made a little boo-boo and assembled the shoes incorrectly causing them to be reproduced without an any visible air. The Air Max 97 Air Force Ones still come with a leather lining, 3M reflective on the upper, metallic mesh on the side panel and tongue as well as other details the clearly draw parallels to the Air Max 97.
