Mi Gente Clothing “No Shark Biters”
| Any new company that is coming up with success has two things to worry about once the haters are put to rest; sharks who are companies who try to steal their ideas, and biters who make fakes of their gear.
At the Sneaker Pimps Miami event last weekend, Safe from Migente spun on the 1s and 2s at the show wearing his new “No Shark Biters” shirt (perfect for the recently release Aquas) and encountered two individuals at the event who were sporting knockoff Migente gear. BMFabriks “Fresh” T-Shirt
| As much as we may argue with parents, girl friends, spouses, or just about anyone else, there are other things to spend money on than sneakers. While food and shelter are high on the lists of many t-shirts and fitted that match my kicks sit at number 2.
If you haven’t noticed already, there have been quite a few kicks released this year in unique color combinations. Two colorways that have been difficult to find matches are purple/orange and purple/aqua. This “FRESH” T-shirt by BM Fabriks takes care of both as well as having a creative use of graphics. Notebook New Era 5950 Fitted
| Nike really got our attention (again) with the “Notebook” Dunk Highs that are a part of the upcoming Back To School Package.
While the concept of the Notebook Dunks was very unique and pulled off with perfection, finding something to hook up with those kicks would be pretty hard if you wanted to do something other than a white T. New Era continues to be the answer to every hard match for a pair of kicks. This time they help make the head-to-toe connection with a NY Yankees fitted with the same Composition style print on the front of the hat with notebook paper panels on the sides in a pinwheel style. Dwayne Wade All Star Vinyl Online Release
| Earlier this morning, Upper Deck released a new line of limited All Star Vinyl figurines. Though D Wade and the Miami Heat had an early exit from the NBA Playoffs, he still had a season that many other players would be envious of.
As with before, Upper Deck makes Home and Away colors of the All Star Vinyls. There are 1,500 of the Home (red) jersey and only 500 of the Away (black) jersey. Grab them while you can at AllStarVinyl.com. |
