Rolled out in Prime fashion, the shoe sporting DNA from both adidas Boost and the Kobe signature line made massive waves throughout the internet and industry thanks to its impressive look and massive price tag. Nice Kicks bought a pair, Jay Z bought multiple and they even had a “SHO’TIME” colorway available for pre-order the moment the Lakers landed Lonzo.
Well, those aren’t releasing.
Introducing the ZO2 Prime Remix today, this new model made for the pass first point guard is similar to his lil bro Melo’s new shoe from its Brandblack referencing design to its rapped promotion. Retailing at a whopping $495, it’s a bit confusing for those that ordered the OG ZO2s but BBB has two options for folks like us and the Jiggaman. One, you can ask for a refund — not a bad choice if you loved the ZO2 Prime but aren’t feeling the Remix (or feel like this back and forth is the okey doke.) Two, you can maintain your order and expect to receive the ZO2 Prime Remix this November as originally planned time wise but obviously in place of the ZO2 Prime. The good part about option two is you will basically have Zo’s new shoe a full month and a half before those that order the ZO2 Prime Remix today. Choice, choices.
