| In the mid 90s, not only was Nike at the top of its game with the basketball sneakers and the Air Jordans, but Nike’s turf shoe game was at its best. Some of the most legendary turf shoes were made from 94-98.
One of the legendary, and most saught after, turf shoes were worn by a man who played more than half of his games indoor - Barry Sanders. The Zoom Turf had everything Barry needed. The thing about the retro’s is that the entire shoe isn’t the soft suede like the originals. I have a pair of the originals still in perfect shape. I think 2 yrs ago they released these again and the quality jsut isn’t there.
