Release Reminder: Air Jordan XX3 Metallic Gold
 Tomorrow is the release of the fourth colorway of the Air Jordan XX3. Being a non-traditional “Bulls” color up, don’t expect too much of a fight tomorrow morning for these as compared to the “All Star” XX3’s, “Stealth” XX3’s, or who could ever forget the “Titanium” XX3’s.
If you want to hit the snooze button, these will be available online in a few hours. We will post a link as soon as they are available. All the info you need to know is listed below:

WHY DO PEOPLE LIKE THESE SHOES! EVERY JORDAN OVER 14 BESIDES THE 16’s AND 17’s are ugly. thats why dont wear any new models. the last new design i got was the 17’s. i got the xx2s for basketball, but thats it

come’on dogg the 23’s r the last of the j’s…. the 17’s thru 23 are smooth each one of his shoes are unique in their own way that’s why his shoes are so coveted and will last thru out time…some people like’em some don’t…but 4 the the true collector they are a must pickup…peace…

The XX3’s will have a red and white, it’s coming out in September sometime. Check 23isback.com or Sneakerfiles.com
Or if you bought any of the XX3’s, watch the DVD that was included. They’re fresh I think. Laterz.

oh please with the ”true jordan sneakerhead”. i have j’s from when i was 8. i just dont like where they are taking the brand. loook at what they’ve been doing, releasing jordans in so many colors they get played out. thats what they did with the 1’s last year. i like to stick to my roots. i dont just wear jordans to wear them, im passionate about em. i wont buy something for the logo. these aren’t that ugly like the 20’s or 21’s, but come on!
i wish he could come up with the stuff that made me like jordan to begin with. me? im a tru sneakerhead. i dont settle for just anything. those guys that buy for the name are pitiful.i just wish mike would get something that looks nicer. these look innovative but lack the jordan esque quality that his kicks once had. thats why i only buy the original ones he wore

I am going to have to chime in here too.
What exactly is a “true Jordan head”?
My definition of a “true sneakerhead” is someone who loves sneakers and is picky and choosy about which kicks are for them. I don’t think that a sneakerhead has to love EVERY sneaker put out by EVERY company - they like what they like, but all in all, they love sneakers. Sneakers are on their mind and on their brain 24/7 - that’s a sneakerhead to me.
Replace “sneaker” with “Jordan” and you pretty much have the same definition. I don’t think that a Jordanhead has to like every single pair of Jordans to be a Jordanhead. I think that if one likes what they like and is obsessed with the man’s legacy as the best player of all time as well as having some amazing kicks makes him or her a “true Jordanhead.”

to maman bkbigjay i don’t collect jordans for the name i have been collecting jordan’s since it started i do it 4 the love of the shoes…and maken the shoes in diffrent colorways makes them appeal to that many more people…n just cause u only buy the 1’s he originally wore do mean the other 1’s that he maken ain’t that good of quality too…but that cool u entitled to like what u like everybody else like what they like…peace…

I think a JordanHead is someone who just loves Jordan shoes regardless of the color, style or type of shoe. I’m very fond of the Air Jordans.. 1 thru 23 so far, I got me the DMP too. I got the OLD LOVE NEW LOVE pack too. But I’ve passed on the COUNTDOWN PACKS cuz I already have those shoes in OG and some in RETROS. I don’t really like the MELOS and the TRUNNERS and some of the other JORDAN BRANDS footwear, just love the AIR JORDANS. I will get these XX3’s, and I can say now that I have every Air Jordan that’s been made, who knows… did u guys hear? there won’t be a XX4, but there will be a AIR JORDAN 2K9!
JORDAN BRAND will continue the AIR JORDAN line for us JORDAN HEADS. Late!!!!!!!!!!

I like this color, it’s not a BULLS or WIZARDS color, JORDAN BRAND made this color for the anytime with any wear Jordan Head. I think Gilbert Arenas could’ve wore this color with their GOLD and BLACK jerseys, but too bad he’s with ADIDAs! DARN…!

people will be in for a treat i was looking on instyleshoes.com at the forum in the jordan release date for 08 at the bottom of the page and i found that they going the release a wizard 23 black white sport royal and a north carolina black white carolina blue and another bulls color black white red some time this year if some you cats have time check site out and i see their are three retro 6’s dropping too

i was at my local Champs Sports 2 hours early and I was the first and ONLY person in line…. I’m pretty sure I’m the only true sneakerhead in Syracuse….. and this is by far the best general release colorway that has come out and will come out…… the white/red are garbage is u ask me… too much white

I got my DMP’s for $500, I am very picky when a new Air Jordan shoe comes out, that’s why I have passed on the COUNTDOWN PACKAGES that’ve come out and the later ones. I know people will go crazy for the 11/12 package. That’s the only package I think that’s worth getting. The others I think are a waste of money. Let me see: 10/13.-pass, 14/9.- pass, 16/7.-pass, 17/6.-pass, 20/3.-pass, 19/4 pass, 21/2.-pass, 15/8.-pass, 19/4.-pass, 18/5.-pass, 22/1.-not sure yet, 11/12.-very sure. So, that’s my take on this, and by the way, I got these already, very nice and confy, like I said, I am picky. Laterz!

The reason I’m passing on these Countdown Packages is cuz I have the OG’s and RETROS of these Jays already. But I wouldn’t mind having another SPACE JAMS 11’s and PLAYOFFS 12’s, the only package worth getting I think, that’s just my opinion…!
