Air Jordan Six Rings Black/Varsity Red-White
 Though it doesn’t appear that Jordan Brand is finished with the Spizike, they aren’t holding back on releasing a new hybrid model. The Jordan Six Rings has made a few appearances on the web in the past, but finally Jordan Brand has released official photos and release details of these Air Jordans.
The Dub Zero was the first “Jordan hybrid” and surfaced the summer following the release of the Jordan 20 with a list of shoes Tinker Hatfield designed pieced together. The second Jordan hybrid took on the theme of Spike Lee to make the Spizike. This shoe sported pieces of every model that Spike Lee helped promote with Michael Jordan. Lastly, the Jordan Six Rings features elements from each of the 7 shoes that Michael Jordan wore to win his 6 NBA Championship Rings. The first colorway of the Jordan Six Rings to release will be Black/Varsity Red-White and will release in the prime of Back To School season on August 16th. Though it seems like virtually everything is increasing in price, this hybrid is $25 cheaper than Spizike with a sticker price of $150. So far there are two more sample colors of the Air Jordan Six Rings floating around, but don’t be shocked if many more will start surfacing in the future. To all you haters out there, this shoe looks alot better once you get some professional photography of the shoe so stop bad mouthing every new idea Brand Jordan comes out with and embrace it for what it is: the 7 shoes MJ wore when he won his 6 NBA rings. This is a must have for all collectors!

This is exactly why Nike/JB need to step it up on controlling leaks and releasing official images sooner so that the first impression is a good one.
I honestly can’t stand the upcoming “Olympic Collection” and hardly consider them Air Jordans, but these I will definitely add to my collection.

Scott, Ray Allen (last I’ve seen) is wearing the Air Jordan TGIM (The Game Is Mine).
I could be wrong though, since I haven’t seen any games lately. But he wore the TGIM’s during the first & second rds. of the playoffs.

1st off, its one of da best colorways for JB, and some parts of da shoe look pretty good; but when u incorporate all the pieces together, it looks sort-of…..stupid. I gotta c these joints up close; put’em n my hand; and try them on. Anyone thinkin’ of da AJ 11’s playoffs?

The Dub-Zeros were nice, the Spizikes are clean as hell, but these 6 rings are ugly to me. Need to see more pictures. I’ll probably get these just because of the XI’s.

There is a youtube video with jermaine Dupree running his mouth about “special jordans” on the set of the new Nelly video. The fool didn’t even know the proper name of these kicks. He went on to diss the Air Force 1 and individuals who still wore them. That dude is a hypebeat in the purest form. Still the nerdy kid buying the kicks that all the “cool” people wear. i like the concept of the shoe, and the final product looks clean cut unlike the leaked photos. but i just dont find these as a classic, i much prefer that jb brings back old joints instead of variations of them. but these look like a good basketball shoe, not something to collect or have in a sneaker collection

Why is it that anything different Jordan Brand does, people are always hatin. Just because its not a numbered Retro the shoe can’t be hot? Respect the fact that JB is thinking outside the box and staying relative with the different styles it is creating. I’ve seen the shoe in person and it is the best hybrid I’ve seen thus far! Its good to see new styles being created and shoe brands not just banking on releasing retroes. Been there, done that. Take the blinders off people and get with the new school!!!

I could definitely say I’m on the fence with these….with all the sample pics leaking out they didnt look that great at all…but with this pic they do look decent for a ball shoe at least and you can count on them being comfortable if they have the cushioning quality of the 11, 12 and 13 guaranteed!
However, I am on the fence (prolly like most collectors) because I dont think these shoes do the line justice even though I can see what JB is trying to do from a production standpoint. But, as most OG collectors, I do try and stick to the # series cuz thats where it all started for me, plus I’m no youngin so those ridiculous fusions dont do it for me and certainly not the dub-zeros. But on the flip-side I did like the spizike except for a few colourways.
SOOOOOOO, I would say if you are a baller then these would definitely satisfy the comfort factor but if you are just a collector i dont see many people buying these and overall it does look like a decent shoe and much better then the dub-zero at least!…hahaha was that a mouthful or what, hope I didnt bore anyone LMAO!!

I really wish they would have taken the strap from the 8’s off of the shoe it would look a lot better. still a nice kick though I may get them depends on what I’m feeling like when they drop.

Ok, they might look a little weird at first,but these are actually a collectors item. its not really much of a hybrid because every element of this shoe from a jordan original. the fusions, though i like most of them, are just hybrids. I feel the fusions will never reach much of a collectors status. Only if nike stops after the jordan 3 fusions.

No way would this shoe be a discrace. It represents True championship material and The history of its nature… Beware of the scare, though jordan brand is messing up on the package deal, the “6 Ring” will truley bounce back his persona on the priceing and quality of his shoe’s
