Air Jordan 8 from Countdown Pack
 Just last week we recieved our first look at the Countdown Pack Air Jordan 15 and now its better half has surfaced. As expected, the Air Jordan 8 representative for the Jordan 15/8 Countdown Package is the original White/Grey-Red colorup since last fall saw the release of the only other two original colorways.
For you youngin’s, this colorway might look a little familiar and that is because it did return when the Jordan 8 first retroed in 2003. oldjumpman35 its not that serious. calm down. we all want to see the 11-12 pack. and this will be extremely hard to mess up anyways. you cant go wrong with either of those. its still august. they come out in december. no point in doing back flips over them unless you are as cool with mike as spike lee is and you are them now.

I’ve yet to be wrong about the CDP colorways, my info is legit. XI’s are Black/Red/White like from 2001, and the XII’s will be the White/Black/Taxi. Confirmed over and over again. Both Space Jams(regular and ‘Red Space Jams’) and the White/Red XII’s were rumors that got out of hand.

i am so disappointed and for the record these came out in 2003 i kno cuz i have still in perfect shape the 13’s ran 2005 i kno cuz it was my senior yr in high school and have like 5 pair and i heard the 11’s might be the space jam’s or the all white and CAROLINA BLUE that drope in 2001 and the 12’s might be one of the only colorway to not retro and that is the white and red 12’s

It is wrong for JB to put no effort into coming up with a new, fresh colorway for the 8’s!! They alter the 15’s with a black/red colorway that has never been produced, and the 15’s get no love anyway. Maybe we can get a new colorway for the 8’s when they repeat this CDP BS again in a couple years to get more of our dollars! Step up Jordan Brand if you want to take advantage of us and overcharge us at the same time, Should have at least been the CHROME 8’s

After taking some time to read these comments, I’ve come to the realization that no one is ever gonna be happy with JB. When the Black/Red XI’s are revealed they’re will be people complaining about how we got those in ‘01. And when the Taxi XII’s are unveiled there will be people complaining about how we got a Taxi low top in ‘03.
There are a some people complaining about how we should’ve gotten the Chrome’s, when those also came out in ‘03. We’re getting the only OG color of the VIII’s that wasn’t retroed last year. Be happy people. If they had released a new color of the VIII’s then everyone would be complaining about how they should’ve released the white/red/gray VIII’s. No wonder there’s no innovation at JB, if they try and do something new, then everyone complains about wanting OG’s, and if they release OG’s then everyone complains about a lack of new retroes. Some people are impossible to please.
I also find it ironic how a lot of people are complaining about how they released these 5 years ago, when everyone wanted a pair of the XX’s that were released just 3 years ago for the III/XX pack.
*NOTE* I’m not trying to say that every idea by JB is a good one(I know they’re not), I’m trying to say that we shouldn’t be so quick to call out everything coming out.

I’m good with the white/orange/stealth and the aquas… ill pass But my man above did have a point… when the aquas came back nobody wanted them… and when JB released new colorways of the VIII’s nobody wanted them… the white/orange/stealth was diff and i copped them because i like orange kicks but im sure 90% of you would be appalled if they were released in this package… XVI&VII package was the best thus far hands down CDP wise…

@DMVsneakerfiend: I just think that part of the problem may be that a lot of people can’t look at a pair and go “I personally wouldn’t wear them, but they’re still nice.” I liked the White/Stealth/Orange VIII’s, but they weren’t my style so I didn’t pick them up(I’m actually not a fan of VIII’s at all), yet I can still see that they(as well as the CDP, Aqua, and Playoff VIII’s) are a nice shoe. Maybe I’m wrong though, you never know.

they are alright, i think they are hyped up too much and they are the heaviest jordans but the XI/XII package is going to be banana’s, and to me the only package that is hot besides that one is the VII/XVI pack

These are probably my favorite pair of VIII’s still 310 for the one pair i’ll love and another pair i’ll get little for selling, you weight the odds of me buying.

@yungalbino: Nobody knows as of now. French Blue VII’s would be awesome though. Just from guessing though, the French Blue VII’s may release, but I doubt the Chambray’s. But the truth is, no one really knows at the moment. You never know with JB.
