Air Jordan 4 Military Blue Release Reminder
| For some of us collectors who have been patiently waiting, its been a long time coming. Some collectors have been waiting patiently for the release of the Military Blue Jordan 4 for 17 years since the original release in 1989. Amazingly, many of you sitting down looking at these and drooling for a pair aren’t even 17 years old. The Air Jordan 4 Military Blue really shows how some sneakers are timeless.
For all of you who have been living under a rock for the past month, the Air Jordan 4 is releasing tomorrow, September 9th. These are a general release retro and should be pretty much where ever all other Air Jordan 4 retros have been sold. At a price of only $115, these sneakers are a great buy for casual wear. Finding a pair of current model Air Jordans for that price is next to impossible today. Good luck to everyone on getting their pair and make sure you don’t oversleep! Release Date: 9/9/2006 |

I had to take the bus to get mine. The 8-47 bus was an hour late but I still got to the store 3 minutes after opening time. And I sprinted in my olympic edition 6’s. I got the second one of the shelf and the matching air flight shirt. These shoes get the boppers.

Copped my pair today, and I was actually surprised that I got a good quality military, with no excess glue or paint chips.And for some odd reason I got 2 retro cards instead of one.But its all good.These shoes are crack, and same with the tee, but i’m still waitin on the shorts.Oh and for ya’ll T-Dot folks, you can use your SPC card on’em.you’ll end up prbably spending bout 175, instead of the taxed price which is 205$.

Copped 3 pairs today! Didn’t have to wait in no line. My boi that works at the store hid 3 pairs for me in the back. Ha. All 3 for $370 with the tax. 1 pair to wear, 1 pair to keep DS, and 1 pair to keep in my glass showcase.

I am honestly not suprised that they didn’t sell out to be frank. Nike has released 19 retro colorways since 1999 and these are the 10th colorway released in the past 365 days. View them all here - Air Jordan 4’s
I am still happier than a hog in fresh mud to have these sneakers. As I have said before, I have sevearl pairs of the OGs, but of course they are not in wearable shape.

One of the better color way they made so far of the 4’s… The Only reason they didn’t sell out was because the sneaker head community is very small and the mass just don’t understand what these mean the the whole jordan line..It make me feel so good when a og color comes out…The mass just didn’t like the off white, may if pure white they would of sold out fast but that just changes the classic.. You also have to remember when it came out the first time how it sold.. Not too much different from today sales…

these are alrigt. i got em cause tey are an original clorway..and blue is my av color. but like other people have said, they didnt seel at many stores. alot of footlokers & others are blown. my boss(footlocker) was pissed because he set such a high gol for the day, thinking those jay’s were gonna fly, but in the end, we didnt make a fourth of our goal. but im still happy that i got them. plus this i my first year buying jordans, so this is a pair to boost up my collection.

Man, I got up early as heck and found out I was the first in the mall, first in line, and the only one to get a pair before the afternoon time. Good for me because I could call all my friends and let them know to come and get them, but I didn’t know what to think, because the fire mars sold in minutes. I guess the community around here don’t like the MB’s. I dunno, I’m gonna go see if they still have any today, probably do, I’ll sell them off and make a profit.

I preordered 2 of these suckers so i had em right off the bat but I was at the mall yesterday (just shopping) and ran into the shoe store to just talk about upcoming J’s. He said there wasnt a lineup at all for the Military IVs. I wonder why these didnt fly off the shelves like the Mars IVs did…weird. anyway, i grabbed 2 extra pairs (sz10) for trade purposes~ hopefully i’ll run into someone with an extra Mars (10.5) since I was only able to grab one of them on launch day.

Now is it me or does the quality on the newer IV retro’s seem more flimsey then the retro IV’s that came out in ‘99. I still have the cement grey’s and the white one’s from then and they seem thicker and of much better material. The biggest difference I notice is that the tongue is much thinner on these new retro’s.
And of course, the 99’s have the “Nike Air” on the back, and they already messed that up by replacing it with the jumpman logo on the newer retro’s.

I hate to say it, but these have dissapointed me, I mean, I cant wear them 5 minutes without them creasing on me. That sucks, 17 years waiting and this happens. I don’t even want to wear them again. I also would like to point out that there are some fakes out there that don’t crease as easily, I’m not promoting them, but they would have a longer run as far as wearing them. I’m dissapointed.

Damnnn! i copped these on saturday at 9:30 pm no line just went inside footaction and copped them. I thought they were going to be like the mars because those sold out with speed. But i love these everybody in my click went to copped these so we all rock them on monday at school the girls was looking like damn them are clean and the guys they did not get them was like when those come out. The quality is good it is better then the mars i also coped the matching shirt and socks so fresh. Now waiting for the green beans and the grapes both of them copped can’t wait almost here though.
