Following several reports that pinned both the newly previewed Air Jordan 1 “Igloo” and “Rust Pink” iterations for Miami exclusive Art Basel releases, Jordan Brand confirmed those rumors today along with the inspiration behind the South Beach-friendly pack.
Much like we previously assumed, both styles represent a reworking of the Air Jordan 1 “Black Toe,” one of the classic OG colorways of the 1985 design. Yet here the models encompass a South Beach inspiration fueled by Miami’s storied Art Deco history.
Limited pairs of both the Air Jordan 1 “Igloo” and Air Jordan 1 “Rust Pink” will be available in Miami during Art Basel which is held on December 7th through the 10th.
