Vans Vault has just teamed up with the boutique resort ACE Hotel for a creative concept that combines a simplistic design with an “in the moment” mindset.
The classic Old Skool silhouette takes the duo’s unique approach by incorporating a neutral color scheme, featuring a black suede toecap and heel with an olive green quarter panel that replaces the traditional side-stripe with a stitched outline instead. The medial angle of the white midsole is stamped with the phrase “The world is as you are” in a faint cursive script, while ACE Hotel’s branding is etched on the insoles to match their organization’s laid-back motto. Lastly, the shoes come in an olive green box with the slogan “These are for you” written on the side.
