We have seen a number of players in training shoes on court over the years, including Gilbert Arenas’ wear of the Nike Air Trainer, Amar’e Stoudemire’s wear of the Nike Zoom Huarache Trainer for an entire season and LeBron’s wear of the Nike Trainer 1.3 Max during the 2012 postseason. The latest to do so is Milwaukee Bucks point guard Brandon Jennings. In last night’s victory against the Jazz, Jennings supported his brandmate Cam Newton by surprisingly wearing the Under Armour Cam Trainer Highlight on court. He specifically wore the red, black and steeltown gold colorway that released a few months ago. Seeing that Jennings recorded 20 points and 17 assists last night, maybe he should consider wearing this all-purpose trainer more often.
