The sale of Umbro from Nike to Iconix Brand Group, Inc. is a done deal. As previously reported, the futbol fashion staple was divested by Nike for a price of $225 million to Iconix, a company that houses the likes of Ecko, Starter, and Rocawear. This move,?much like?the Cole Haan sale, was done in an effort to focus more on building the Nike, Jordan, Converse, and Hurley brands.
