Nike has officially sold Cole Haan to Apax Partners. This move comes after Nike’s decision to divest of Cole Haan and Umbro to focus on the core brands under the Nike umbrella. Cole Haan was sold for $570 million and the transaction is expected to be complete early next year, perhaps putting in jeopardy the future of any Lunar-assisted Cole Haan collaborations.
