You're wrong on the durability. These are NOT durable in the bottom mesh tongue area. where the bottom of the tongue meets the toe box, I noticed about after 2 months of wear, the wire mesh starts ripping apart. I've made it three months without it being a problem but it keeps getting worse and will ultimately cause me to replace my shoes prematurely before I can make it a whole 4 months.
