Reebok Zig Slash Winner

If you recall, we showed you the 10 finalists in the Reebok Zig Slash design contest last week. Just four days later, we now have the winning design. Moments ago, Washington Wizards point guard John Wall revealed the winning Zig Slash via Twitter. Wall tweeted a photo of this shoe, along with the words, ‘Want to say Congrats to Dylan Stratton on designing the winning shoe that I’m gonna be wearing all-star weekend!’

As seen in the photo above, Stratton opted for a USA inspired red, white and blue color scheme with a touch of silver on the toe, midfoot and heel. Another interesting feature on this Zig Slash is the gradient-like design seen throughout the wavy, Zig sole. What are your thoughts on Dylan Stratton’s design? Look for John Wall to rock this shoe during the Rookie vs Sophomore Game this Friday, February 18th at 9 p.m. EST.

  1. what the hell type of lil b shit is this the ones i designed looked the best no colorway that ever came out for this shoe even looked half as good as mine and this is crazy because he was the first one to enter at the start he already had 1000 votes actually everyone else had a better design

  2. ^^ yeah i agree wit you man!! the top shoes were whack as shid it was the unknowns that looked good but oh well reebok now to me is TRASH

  3. Someone needs to get on John Wall’s Twitter and tell him he got robbed. That pick is #7 out of top 10 in my eyes.

    do-over!

  4. for the future, reebok should definitely do better at organizing and judging a contest like this. the best designs were all majority at the bottom and the worst were at the top with the most views and votes. congrats to the winner even though there was at least 20,000 other USA inspired colorways…lol smfh

  5. weak…ive seen better colorways from adidas JS and he sucks eggs. I aint even vote or enter but i know there has to be better colors than that…even the poorman southbeach was better than these.

    • btw if he wanted USA colors he shoulda put it in the requirements instead of having creative folks waste time making something original.
