Avid Nike fans and cult runners rejoice as the Nike Mayfly is re-released. The runner from 2004 realized Bill Bowerman’s dream of creating a running shoe that would be light enough and supportive enough to last through a race but fall apart afterward. Trumping Lunar technology the Mayfly weighs in at only 4.8 ounces and has a recommended lifespan of 62 miles. The shoe is synonymous for its funky orange upper and progressive design. They are available now at the Nike Store for a lightweight price of $45.

    We've had some issues lately cause you insist on slapping vulc soles on Court Classics, but for this I thank you.
    Not only have you re-released a classic, but you did without the hype machine at a reasonable price. What more could I ask for?

        Puma has a good reputation, if they made a shoe like this why wouldn't I buy it. This shoe is simply superior because it captures COACH BOWERMAN'S vision of a lightweight shoe. Coach Bowerman wanted all his runners to have light shoes that's why he made them himself.
