Release Reminder: Air Jordan 2010

There has been an abundance of hoopla regarding the Air Jordan 2010. It seems one week a lot of you are downing it and the next week detailed photos alter your opinions. Whether you like it or not, the time has finally come. This Saturday, February 13th, 2010, Jordan Brand will finally release the newly-designed Air Jordan 2010 for $170.

There has been a vast amount of criticism regarding the window seen on the side panels (check out our See My Socks? History of Invisible Shoes). However, is it really that bad or do some of you like its peculiarity? Nonetheless, this sneaker undoubtedly represents the new direction Jordan Brand is going fresh off of the heels of the Air Jordan 2009. Is this a definite purchase for you tomorrow? We would not be surprised to see Dwyane Wade and others rocking this sneaker in the All-Star game.

I’m waiting to see for myself. If they’re light and comfy, and I’m ok with how they look on my feet, I’ll cop this colour. I’m not gonna sleep on the black/university blue ones. This is NOT a failure as was the 2009 Jordans.

I tried them on the other day. couldnt buy em yet. But The toe on the shoe is almost wrinkle proof. Not like its hard to bend. they actually bend really easily. But they come right back into place. its weird. i took em and was bending the toe hella hard. no crease or nuthin. anyways, i might cop, maybe floss a few times. Then “PoopStomp” the Sh!t outta nigg@s on the court. lol

After giving them a good look, these are actually really nice, but I’m not hot on this colorway, I’ll hold off in hopes that they’ll come to their senses and release a NW version. I can even deal with the clear bits on the toe and rear panel, but that window just screams nasty funk to me and the shoes are brand new.
