Nike Zoom Kobe V “Home”

Kobe may be one of the few players to challenge LeBron for the NBA MVP award this year, despite his current injury. And while it’s way too early to speculate about any celebratory colorways of the Zoom Kobe V, we can assume that we’ll see the Black Mamba wearing this “Home” design once he does return.

We saw this pair awhile back, but a short size run has become available at marqueesole. Pearl white Flywire is used for the upper, matching the heel of the midsole. The liner, forefoot outsole and Swoosh outline are all done in Lakers purple, as well as the speckles on the laces. Gold is used on the heel and Swoosh.

While these are sweet? nike should of used the translucent purple for the forefoot sole? that would be too tight? i’m just sayin…

i hear the translucent rubber gives less traction on the court compared to the solid.dont know how much difference it makes
