 At the beginning of the year, we incorporated the upcoming Converse First String upper tier program in our 10 Sneakers We’re Looking Forward to in 2010. We now have additional photos of two of the Chuck Taylor Lows in this new program. The First String program focuses on using original Converse silhouettes and applying updated, unique versions. For example, high rubber rands, a premium comfort system and a vintage rubber license plate have been incorporated into these sneakers. These two Chuck Taylors, one black and one blue, will be available at select retailers later this month, while a purple colorway will surface later this year.
