Celebrity Sneaker Stalker is back after being on hiatus for a few weeks. Today’s line-up is just what you would expect: famous rappers wearing popular sneakers. Kid Cudi set the blogs ablaze when he performed on New Years Eve wearing a kilt/Jordan IV laser combo (see the after the jump) and today’s column also features Drake wearing his favorite type of boots. Common kept it high-fashion, while Wale sported some Air Max 3s. Check all the stars after the jump and let us know who you think crushed the hardest.

    Well the skirt/kilt for guys is the next trend. Its really only seen on the runway or fashion editorials but I’ve seen Marc Jacobs sportin one also. I porbably wouldnt rock it tho.
    Also Cudi for the win just because the IV’s are pretty nice to me.

    as for cudi, im not a fan of skirts…..on men at atleast, but his fours are definitely the best kicks of all of these

    Ahhh shout out to David, I don’t think that people’s opinion that the kilt looks bad has anything to do with equality. rather fashionably it looks awful. Kid Cudderrrr usually brings simplicity with some sort of edge just as shown as above, but i think for him to wear a kilt, is ahh quite bizarre. Not because of equality, because our society perceives this kilt as more of a native cultural aspect than a fashion statement. Plus it takes all attention away from the beautiful AJ 4 lasers. I thought he would look dope if he just wore a nice waxed denim jean… My opinion. nothing to do with equality haha. Anybody else notice his flattop Retrofuture supers? matt black. koo. i think chris brown is also wearing supers. Anyway i think common or drake win this one…. drake more casual tho.
