We first alerted you to the on come of the “Matagi” pack this past fall. One half of the pack, the Nike Air Macropus Lite QS, has surfaced for purchase at Kix-Files.

This chukka-styled silhouette is cloaked in pony hair on the flanks and connected with canvas on the vamp. Internally, the shoe is lined with a lofty fur thereby providing dual utility in comfort and insulation. The material selection for the “Matagi” pack is inspired by the ancient Japanese Matagi Hunters. Specifically, the canvas and pony hair on the Macropus is intended to lend the sensation of riding a horse in pursuit of game.

These kicks are a quickstrike release and therefore likely to move fast. Cop them at Kix-Files if you so desire or just ogle them for a bit after the jump.
