Kicks On Court: Best Air Jordan PEs This Season?

A few weeks ago, we posed a question about who owned the best Air Jordan 12 PEs out of Gerald Wallace, Joe Johnson and Ray Allen. The latter player was mentioned more than the others, and we cannot argue with that. His white/green Air Jordan 12s were very nice. However, check out what may be the best Jordan PEs of the season in our Kicks On Court today.

In a losing effort against the Orlando Magic, Boston Celtics shooting guard Ray Allen sported his ‘Away’ Air Jordan 12 Retro PE. It features a predominately black nubuck upper with multiple ‘Celtic’ green accents throughout the base. Basically, this shoe features a similar texture makeup to the “Flu Game” Air Jordan 12s; however, the colors are obviously different. Is this the best Jordan PE of the year so far? How come the NBA banned Iggie from wearing the Hyperize with gum bottoms, when Sheeds AF1′s clearly have a full gum bottom and last time i checked Boston doesn’t have gum in there color scheme. Unless you want to count that as gold and that is kinda reaching. With what NBA players have been wearing on there feet this year, Iggie’s joints should have been allowed. This is really the first year that I have seen NBA teams looking like high school teams with the kicks. The whole team is wearing white kicks and one guy is wearing black. Didn’t the NBA fine Jordan for that when he shook up the world in the concord 11′s. The power of the dollar i suppose.

Ray’s Black & Green XII’s are mahvelous! I will agree that he should have scrapped the green laces for stock black laces. Plus it would have been sweeter to have seen black full grain leather instead of the nubuck.
I sooooooo wish the Magic would have made their 90′s unis their OFFICIAL uniform. The current set is just hideous!

NBA players wax their legs…i do not beleive there is a valid reason for this. Other than trying to be sexy(Which men shouldn’t do). It aint everybody but there is plenty more shiny legs than hairy. The shoes are alright but I can’t really focus on that with all the feminine manly…men?

Ray must have switched his laces at halftime. Bcuz the fisrts few pics there green. And the 2nd half of pics there black. Reminds me of Gary Payton when he wore his PE 12′s. He would have black on yellow the 1st half and then switch to black on purple. Must be nice to get exclusive J’s when ever you want
