Similar to the aforementioned Transformers II Pack, this “G.I. Joe” inspired release used newly-designed Nike basketball models. G.I. Joe characters Destro, Storm Shadow and Cobra Commander are all represented with the Hyperize, the Sharkalaid and the Alpholution, respectively. Is the G.I. Joe Pack better than the Transformers II Pack?

Well, technically, the Space Jams aren’t inspired by the movie, they were highlighted in the movie. That’s the only reason they’re called Space Jams. Otherwise, you’d just call them the Black/Royal XI’s.

+1 to what Mama says….The Space Jams have nothing to do with the movie, it’s just a nickname they got due to the fact Jordan wears them in the movie.

The space jams were released after the movie. Yes he wore them prior to the movie but how do you explain “JUMPMAN JAM” on the tongue. Can anyone confirm if the PEs jordan wore said that?
