Jordan Icons Black/Red-White

Jordan Icons

Did you end up liking the new Jordan Brand silhouettes this year such as the Hallowed Ground, the 16.5 and the B’Loyal? We know you would rather prefer retros over the latest silhouettes; however, new models can raise eyebrows as well. In addition to the Air Jordan 2010, JB will unleash another new team model dubbed the Jordan Icons.

At a first glance, you can see that the Icons draws much of its inspiration from the Air Jordan XX and the Air Jordan XX3. Specifically, the stitching on the side panels and the tongue is obviously a similar copy of the Air Jordan XX3, while the midsole and outsole construction is identical to the Air Jordan XX. Other features include the new 23/25 logo and the ever-so-popular Bred color scheme (see our Best of Bred: Top Black & Red Air Jordans of All Time). What are your thoughts on the Jordan Icons?

  • James

Not bad. I’d like to see them with maybe some patent leather on the area that wraps from the forefoot around to the sides. Or maybe a little more red in the colorway.

  • Y-Town Rapper

Dope City. Ill rock these before I step in the 2010′s

  • VinnyB

wtf? the shoe aint even level – look like those fit-flops jordan style

  • sun das Ill

that’s a better style than the orinal 2010. These have a better picture. The engraving on the side outer rear sole is proof things are looking up i see that can be solidified graffiti style what concern me is that orthopedic point that keeps the ankle from rolling over. They could of change the color scheme on that the point going towards the tip of the heel it just seem to bland all white

  • Bossman23

  • Nalls

  • tmax224

notice the inspiration from the hyperdunk/hyperize…the flywire panel and the ankle cut out . seems to be a “hyperjordan”. i have to say this looks good

  • FreshLikeWill

I don’t see any Hyperdunk/Hyperize inspiration. The midsole is from the 20′s and the perforated panel doesn’t look like Flywire at all. I don’t think any Jordan’s (including non-numbered) use Flywire.

  • WAR

I think only black people will like these shoes with all the crazy colors and bandana design. They can rep their hood. lol

  • Mike G

Yeah because black people are the only people that are in gangs…… clown but anyway nice ballin shoe

  • greenmaker24

  • Ace Wonders

They ain’t bad, but nothing special.

  • ate ohh won

definitely some hyperize inspiration. just look at the shape n tha toe box n heel cut n everything. not a bad looking shoe tho
