The Air Jordan Alpha 1 was undoubtedly the surprise of the Kicks On Court: Holiday Treats. Most people paid attention to Dwyane Wade’s Alpha 1s more than anybody else; however, Ray Allen’s Alpha 1s were not too shabby themselves.

This Air Jordan Alpha 1 owns a predominately black base with Christmas colored accents throughout the upper. For instance, it possesses a green inner lining and outsole, while the midsole stitching, swoosh, shoelaces and the Jordan wings logo is done up in red. Which Air Jordan Alpha 1 iD is better: Dwyane Wade’s or Ray Allen’s?

call me crazy but i like the alpha 1. Ray Allen should def stay in Signature PE’s with his dope colorways. no more six rings, no more 16.5′s, no more jumpmans…..Ray Allen has had some of the dopest PE colorways in NBA History IMO.

These remind me quite a bit of the Cinco De Mayo AJ1 from this past year. I’m a fan of this update to the 1 and hope they release all the OG colorways in this updated shoe.

Red, black and green representing the black community, remember the red, black, and green tube socks back in the day, for the younging or hata’s this is what we do…I remember growing up in Brideport, Connecticut and we had a basketball court in the hood and the court was black with red, and green reppin the black community, the colors are the representation of the black community…great job Ray, ole jointz, no disrespect or anything…these colors bring back that ole skool feeling, ima find the tube socks for ya’ll hit me up, lol…Happy Holidays!
