adidas Superstar II “Method Man”

Following in the footsteps of previous adidas x Def Jam releases is this Superstar II, which has been designed to pay tribute to Method Man. The last release from this line came in the form of Ghostface Killah’s Stan Smith.

This one uses a navy upper with accents throughout paying tribute to “Ticallion,” the same which appears on the heel tab. The sole and toe cap are both done in white, matching the tongue. Meth’s face and head also appear on that tongue in shade of blue. To tie the color-up together for good, the same shade used on the tongue is used again on the laces. Finally, a ghost Wu-Tang logo appears near the heel in the same navy as the nubuck it sits on.

@ Fly Boy, the upside down Wu symbol is Meth’s version of the Wu symbol. It’s supposed to resemble an M.
