Nike Zoom Kobe V “Chaos” Detailed Pics

Nike Zoom Kobe V "Chaos" Detailed Pics

The Zoom Kobe IV is one of the most praised basketball sneakers ever. The Flywire, the low cut, and the fact that it is the signature show of arguably the second greatest player ever all added to its luster. To say that they Zoom Kobe V had a tough act to follow might be the understatement of the year. And while the verdict might have to be held until its official release, we have detailed shots for you to check out now.

One big advantage we get from these pics is a look at the distinct colors used. The outsole appeared very yellow at first glance, but it look as though it’s actually a very bright lime green and the vivid shade of red used for the midsole speckles are more neon than at first glance, as well. Also take notice of the carbon fiber plate in the arch area on the underside. Do these pics help sway your opinion either way? Better than the black and purple “Away” pair

  • sendHELP

whats up with the braille stuff on the side of the sole. looked up the alphabet, but i did not find any characters that match those of the shoe. anyone what it means??

  • kingofkicks

kobe rocked these on george lopez late night and he gave lopez some as well

  • Ajo

strictly a performance sneaker…..nobody with a set of eyes will spend more than $100 on these

  • monk41

ill check out the shoe, but not that CW….

  • 24lebron24

overall dope. ppl always seem to forget a shoe can look much different when a foot is inside of em as opposed to a depressed and empty shoe. when kobe laces up the 5s..so will every1 else.

  • LeelovesVs

Imma get these the day after christmas but im gonna put lime green laces on them. Tehy will look better with them instead of the clashing color laces

  • Too Easy

    These are growing on me..

  • sci

def growing on me i will def try and copp

  • RETRO5S

startin to feel these more…i didn’t like them at first but now…they’re getting better.

and what does that say on the side?? the dots in the fourth to last picture.

  • King Prawn

Not sure about the style but I’m sure the performance is there. The size isn’t displayed but according to the scale, these weigh in at about 10.75 ounces!!! That’s running shoe territory. The IV’s were around 11.6 ounces and the Hyperizes are listed at 13.3 ounces.

  • SOLE

    UGLY!!!

  • echo1

better than the last pieces of ish

  • campmac

The shoe looks good, but I’d like to see them in some more classic colorways

  • andre lee

Eight ounces? Does that say 8 ounces? If they have support and cushion like the IV’s at 8 ounces, I’ll be flying up and down the court. The details of the shoe are interesting, hopefully following some kind of function like the IV’s with no wasted parts. Gettin’ em. Absolutely.

  • Maxer

then a some wallpaper for download at rmkstore and allow for reservation

  • KUTNUP

    ugly!!LAKERS SUCK!!!!!!!!1

  • R E E

    NEED MORE COLORWAYS QUICK.

OR ELSE these’ll be sitting on the shelves like that White/Bred LEBRON VII.

  • R E E

    oh…
much respect to NIKE and the KOBE IV and V for changing performance shoe game with a LIGHT LOW TOP basketball shoe. Truly revolutionary!

    but again…
    NEED SOME NEW COLORWAYS…ASAP!

  • Victor Lapaz

eight ounces r u kidding me!?!?!?!?
how much flywire did they put on that bad boy?
it must be that the entire upper is made up of that flywire encasing, i think its the TPU film which they made real shiny. There is no way they can put flywire into patent leather. The toecap and vamp seem to look the same as the film, but with no flywire. This means the entire upper is made up of synthetic, hyperperformace material: Glossed out flywire that extends all the way near the vamp, a toecap and vamp that seem to be made of the same flywire encasing, textile collar package, and the TPU counter.
The beefy collar lining, full length phylon, and midfoot carbon fiber shank are carried over from the 4, but the cut is noticeably lower. The outsole looks like it could bite some, but we’ll have to see compared w/ the herringbone. I just hope Nike goes “Zoom-Zoom” with this one.
and yea, this is one bad ass looking shoe. All haters are just Kobe haters that don’t know what they r talking about.
Definite must cop, starting with this cw.

  • theGR8hope

not bad, if it came in a high top and still weighed only 8 ounces i would hop on this sooooo fast!!

  • Retrosaurus Rex82

WHY DOES HE SIGN OFF ON HIS SHOES; HE HAS BY FAR THE WORST SHOES DESIGNED BY NIKE AND THEY SEEM TO GET WORSE AND WORSE AND THESE ARE AT RMSTORE AND VMVINC FOR UNDER 240

  • MJSF

Kobe shoes stay on wack status.

  • jr_lyon

I have liked these from the first time I saw them. I would almost guarantee that these will be MORE comfortable than the Kobe IV. I can’t wait to put my feet in a pair of these!!!

  • Sticke

HI HATERS….keep hatin on kobe….THESE ARE DOPE….. going for that 16th ring!!!!

  • LMAOFH

he got 1 ring so far faiggit

  • uh

weight isn’t everything! these are pure trash!

  • Gggggas

    Guys it’s 10.9 oz! Not 8!

  • jnash

kobe bryant is no where near the second greatest player ever, hes the second best right now imo

  • jnash

i am goin to get the shoes tho

  • ken a. bloom sr

I will def cop me a pair of two!!! I’m diggin the Laker’s colorway on these??? I just hope they drop’em with the Lakers colorways like they did with the NZKB IV’s???

  • stacks

not a big fan of these

  • Big Al

They look very very very similar to the Kobe IVs but I still like these! Might get em if I see them in a colorway that I like.

  • greenmaker24

still not sure what to think

  • Doug

    nope, still ass ugly

  • Master P

Let me be the umpteenth person to say….

    WHAT IN THE HELL…

Hey good news though! 6 months after release we’ll all be able to cop a pair at the outlet malls! YAY!
