Nike Doernbecher Freestyle Collection

Sneakerheads everywhere were upset to hear that the online release of the Air Jordan 6 Doernbecher was premature and resulted in refunds, not sneakers. But tomorrow, the chance to grab these charity-benefiting sneaks at 21 Mercer St. in NYC.

The whole collection will be available. That means a Jordan 6 Retro, Zoom Paul Rodriguez 3, Air Force 1 ’07 LE, Air Zenyth, Dunk HI Skinny and a Shox NZ will release in various colorways and treatments. If you recall from past articles on this collection, children from the Doernbecher Children’s Hospital designed these and all proceeds from shoe sales benefit programs at Doernbecher, the pediatric center serving the Oregon and greater Northwest areas.

    i even spoke with a nike rep and she said that they would drop at 3 am east coast 12 pacific then she said if they don’t come out at 3, they would drop at 5 am east coast time..i just wanna know if someone got a pair thats not 17 or 18

    yeah…thas what she said..they (nike) didn’t give her a specific time but she said thats what usually goes on with these kinds of releases. i was on at 12 and waited for like 10 minutes and i found nothing so i assumed that they might be back on again later so i figured 5 am like she said..they put them in at 3 release at 5 but i go that feeling that we missed out

    they sold out when they pre-maturely released them! they aid they refunded but didnt! what they really did was take them down and whatever sizes were left they put back up tonight to make us think they sold out fast but they didnt cause i was on her 1.5 hours early constantly checking and when they finally came up only a 17 and 18 smh! we need to get a petition going!

    same thing happened to me last year just a different story! aint no way they sold out within 30 seconds the internet dont move that fast! you can call and ask them but they will just lie to you! aint nothing we can do im tired of the hassle personally i love the shoes but i cant go through this no longer! this is putting more stress on me than my mariage i might as well be married to nike! all the drama she causes!

    better start callin first thing in the morning you might find a niketown with your size and convince them to hold them until monday they have to wait 48 hours after a release to take phone orders
