Your grandpa would love the straps on these, but that doesn’t mean you can’t. Velcro helps you avoid having to worry about tying these, and gives a whole new meaning to “staying strapped.” Nike‘s next TZ Blazers are these High-top Lux models, meaning the leather is premium and full-grain.

Five velcro straps cross over the top of the standard Blazer silhouette, giving a very different look to these from your traditional laced model. The standard vulcanized sole has also been changed, as a different texture is used here, in a matching black hue. The last black Blazer we saw came in the HUF x Nike SB Capsule Collection, and it somehow could not have looked less similar. Which look do you prefer–All black or Americana?
