Concepts x New Balance Freedom Trail Collection & Launch Party

For the Freedom Trail Collection, Concepts sought to paint two blank canvases-courtesy of New Balance with the colors of Boston’s quaint Freedom Trail. The 875 and 1500 models comprising the pack have been dipped in plush chocolate leather and then tightened by burly red laces.

This past Thursday, the New Balance and Concepts teams came together at a Launch Party to celebrate their final product. Over 300 attendees were present at the Launch Party including some who cared to rep the trail by vesting themselves in the colonial accouterments of our nation’s history.

The sneakers will release on Black Friday and retail at $150 for the 1500s and $160 for the 875s. They will be available at Concepts and a few other New Balance-associated retailers across the globe. There will also be a special edition collection exclusively at Concepts that will include a foil embossed box seal, a T-shirt, and a booklet recording the collection’s design inspiration.
