Kicks/HI x Reebok Pump

Hawaii’s resident sneaker palace Kicks/HI paired up with Reebok on their own Pump for the 20th anniversary, drawing inspiration for what surrounds them–literally. These Pumps use multiple shades of blue to pay tribute to the Pacific Ocean.

Officially, Kicks/HI is taking inspiration from the Hawaiian phrase “Mai Huli ‘Oe I Kokua O Ke Kai,” which translates loosely to “Never turn your back on the ocean.” Multiple shades of blue, including patent navy around the toe, are used for the upper, as well as white, perfectly reflecting the look of a large wave. A gum outsole represents the sand of the beach under the waves. Like the others, these will drop in very limited quantity on November 21st, with 10 pairs going to the online store.
