Kicks On Court: Keith Bogans Laces Up Nike 1/2 Cent

Nike Basketball has been represented throughout our Kicks On Court in the form of the ever-so-popular Hyperize and Hypermax. We have also spotted some classic retros; however, last night, San Antonio Spurs guard Keith Bogans sported a Nike hybrid in which many of you undoubtedly love.

In a losing effort against the Dallas Mavericks, Keith Bogans laced up the silver colorway of the Nike 1/2 Cent. This comes as perfect timing seeing that the silver 1/2 Cents just released at select retailers on November 10th, 2009. It is safe to say this is the only thing flashy about a Spurs basketball game in a very long time. Is this the best sneaker seen in our Kicks On Court so far? 5star, Thanks Keith! Who is Keith Bogans? A native of Alexandria, Virginia, where I now live. He played high school hoops for the Legendary Morgan Wooten of DeMatha Catholic High School in Hyattsville. An All-American, who attended Kentucky and played under great coach Tubby Smith. I remember when I met Tubby Smith, it was at American University in Washington, DC and Keith Bogans was playing in a tournament and Tubby said “I want that kid right there, I came to see Keith Bogans”, the funny thing about Tubby got him and Keith went onto play for Kentucky Wildcats.
Tell em RetroRex, my man some people SMH…Keith worked hard to stay in he NBA and it’s paid off, he’s got what he needs, lol…
