Last year, Elton Brand began a new chapter in his basketball life by becoming a member of the Philadelphia 76ers and by obtaining his first signature sneaker from Converse dubbed the EB1. However, due to injury, Brand only played a handful of games. Therefore, we rarely saw the EB1 in action.

In an attempt to move on, Converse has now unleashed Brand’s second signature sneaker dubbed the EB2. While the EB1 features a velcro strap across the midfoot section, the EB2 possesses non-velcro, two-strap design across the same area. Logos are also featured, namely the Converse logo (side panel) and the Elton Brand logo (collar area). What are your thoughts on the EB2? Click here to voice your opinion.

    D-Wade Is Still Tech Under Nike. Nike Owns Converse. They Where Actually Selling Is Converse Olympic Shoe At The NikeTowns During The 08 Games.

    Honestly you guys are being too close-minded and dogmatic when it comes to balling sneakers. I don’t agree with the colourway on these but the shoe doesn’t look that bad. In the other pic the other day with EB and AI9, he had another colourway of these and the looked pretty nice. Just because it’s not JB or Nike directly, doesn’t mean that shoes should be trashed. You guys really need to open your mind up and give some other brands a chance. This shoe doesn’t look half bad, the colourway could be different, and you can’t complain with the price either ($65). Who knows, they are probably of better quality than most of JB’s retroes in the past year. (Oh how much I hate the quality of my CDP 11′s). Check them out, before you toss them out.

    You can really tell who the young 1′s on here are, they just commet without reading. Who said anything about this being D Wade shoe? Like nice kicks comments says these are ELTON BRANDS KICKS and they said already if he wasn’t hurt for much of last season you could seen him in these more often and really if you just put elton brand converse in the nice kicks search box then you would have seen the post of these last year. I am glad D Wade got out of the cons but just cus you don’t like the sneaker doesn’t mean you out of your contract ASK Vince Carter how much he had to pay to get up out that puma deal when he said they were uncomfortable which they might have been but he still had to pay puma to get up out that deal anyway as for the sneaker he def looks like a big man shoe but it’s not bad ballin sneak.
