adidas Centennial Mid “Boston Celtics”

Back in the day the Celtics were best franchise in the NBA. Then they were the worst. Then the best again. And for 2010, things are looking very promising. For the upcoming season, adidas threw together these Centennial Mids for Boston’s hoops squad.

Of course you’ll never see KG wearing these in a Kicks On Court feature, but the fans can still support their squad for a mere $80 at select adidas Originals retail accounts. The tongue features an over-sized old school Celtics logo, winking Leprechaun and all. The uppers use green suede, accented with matching leather near the ankle and black triple stripes.
