Adidas TS Commander LT for Dwight Howard

Earlier today we showed you Derrick Rose’s Adidas Team Signature model, and now we’ve got a look at the reigning Defensive Player of the Year’s Commander LT.

Using Adidas’ group signature model platform, Dwight will wear this Magic-inspired colorway in the upcoming season. We saw Dwight wear a variety of Adidas big man silhouettes last year on his way to netting almost 21 points and 14 rebounds a game. Tim Duncan and Kevin Garnett will also wear this lower-profile sneaker. The upper is made of grey nubuck and the stripes are made of a blue carbon weave.

Dwight will looks to carry Orlando even farther in 2009 and 2010, and he’ll do it in these Commanders. He’s proven he can be a bruiser with the biggest players in the game, but will these Adidas TS‘s give him the touch he needs to develop his finesse game?

FINALLY a decent ADIDAS colorway and not green like all those Garnett kicks.
TOO BAD Magic lost the FINALS……they had a chance, but threw it away in the last minutes of game 1, game 2, and game 4.
