#5 – Nike SB Dunk Low “Raygun”
In 2002, the Rayguns made their appearance on a Nike Basketball commercial. The team consisted of Vince Carter AKA Dr. Funk, Jermaine O’Neal, Paul Pierce, Baron Davis and Jerry Stackhouse. Based out of the UFO conspiracy capital of the world, Roswell, Arizona, aka Area 51, the team jersey colors and logo were quickly placed on the Dunk Low silhouette. With the amount of “outer space” sightings in the area, we couldn’t possibly leave them off the list. Besides, they’ve got the funk!
