Throughout our Kicks On Court, we have seen many shoes in a plethora of styles and colorways; however, over the weekend, we spotted Los Angeles Clippers guard Ricky Davis sporting a shoe we never thought would make it to the hardwood!On Saturday, against the Atlanta Hawks, Ricky Davis laced up a colorway of the Air Jordan Fusion 5. Similar to the Air Jordan 5 Black/University Blue-Silver, it featured a predominately black upper with a blue outsole. The Fusion series has already been labeled a love/hate sneaker, but seeing this raises more questions: Should Fusions be worn on the court? Are they safe or are you asking for broken ankles? We all know Rasheed Wallace hoops in the Nike Air Force 1 High and rightfully so seeing that they encompass Air Max in them, but Fusions on the court may be pushing it. What are your thoughts?
